How hard is it? Do I belong? Is it worth it? RTH is a ride, not a race, so cyclists go at their own pace. It’s NOT easy, but nearly all our prepared first-timers make it to the top. Our participants include all ages and skill levels. There are no SAG vehicles, but the 18-mile climb is heavily supported, with aid stations every 2-3 miles. You can also turn around anytime and head back down. No judgement! Detailed breakdowns of the ride including elevation gains, timing estimates, aid station locations, route maps, and even videos of the entire ride, on our About the Ride page
